Before every use

  • Inspect the product, cable, battery compartment, seams and surface for damage, cracks, sharp edges, swelling, leakage, unusual odour or tackiness.
  • Do not use a damaged product.
  • Wash hands and clean the product according to its verified material and manufacturer instructions.
  • Use only compatible lubricant. Water-based lubricant is the conservative default when material compatibility is uncertain.

During use

Use only for the intended adult purpose. Never force insertion or continue through sharp pain, bleeding, numbness, overheating, electrical fault or persistent irritation. Products intended for anal insertion must have a secure flared base or retrieval feature that remains outside the body. If an object becomes retained, seek urgent medical help rather than attempting forceful removal.

Cleaning

Clean before and after use with the method stated for the product. Do not assume a product can be boiled, placed in a dishwasher, submerged, bleached or treated with alcohol. Rinse away cleanser and dry completely. A product described as splash-resistant is not necessarily submersible.

Sharing and body areas

Do not share products unless an appropriate compatible barrier is used and changed between users and body areas, followed by cleaning. No reusable pleasure product prevents infection. Never move a product from anal to vaginal use without changing the barrier and cleaning it.

Charging and batteries

Use the supplied or specified charger and voltage. Charge on a dry, stable, ventilated surface away from bedding and heat. Stop charging if the product becomes unusually hot, swollen or damaged. Keep batteries and magnetic charging parts away from children.

Storage

Store clean and fully dry, away from sunlight, heat, dust, sharp objects and incompatible materials. Keep products separate where material compatibility is uncertain. Store privately and out of reach of children.
