2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority in your country, to browse or purchase adult products from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and orders

Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices are displayed on the relevant product page. An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting the order. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including stock errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or an incorrect price; any amount already paid will be refunded.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

The total price, delivery charge and any tax collected by ToyNero are shown before the order is submitted. Payment is processed by the payment method selected at checkout. We do not receive complete card details from independent payment providers.

5. Dispatch from China

Products are dispatched from fulfilment partners in China. Standard international delivery is normally estimated at 7-20 business days. The carrier is selected according to the destination, product and fulfilment availability. Customs processing may extend this estimate. Import VAT or charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or customs authority, as explained in our Payment & Delivery policy.

6. Withdrawal, returns and hygiene

Consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from an online purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This exception is applied only where the legal conditions are met. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain covered by mandatory legal rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers in the EU benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Safe use

Products are intended only for lawful adult use. Read all supplied instructions and the Product Care & Safety page. Stop use if a product is damaged or causes pain, irritation or numbness. Product information is not medical advice.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, use contrary to instructions, unauthorised modification, or events outside reasonable control, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual property

The ToyNero name, site design and original content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Product and third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

11. Governing law and disputes

Portuguese law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Consumers may use an appropriate Portuguese consumer alternative-dispute-resolution body and the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book at livroreclamacoes.pt. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is not listed here.
