A restraint kit where release planning comes first
This under-mattress system is designed around adjustable webbing rather than fixed bed hardware. The planned set routes a central strap beneath the mattress and brings four padded cuffs to accessible edges, allowing positioning to be changed without drilling, hooks or permanent furniture. A blindfold and feather tickler appear in the supplier offer, but every component remains subject to sample confirmation.
The Alibaba listing showed US$5.99 for 1–49 units, US$5.79 for 50–199 and US$5.29 for 200+, with model AM-SM1571. Nylon webbing, plush lining, stated weight, cuff range, strap length, buckle design, connector strength and package contents are unverified. The original images show our selected configuration; they do not certify the supplier batch.

Make an exit plan before anyone wears a cuff
Only sober, informed adults can consent. Discuss which limbs may be cuffed, permitted movement, a stop word, a non-verbal stop signal, maximum session length and what happens if panic, cramp or numbness begins. Keep safety scissors for webbing and a phone within reach. Test every buckle repeatedly with empty cuffs, then practice immediate release with one loose cuff before using more than one.
The supervising partner must stay present, attentive and able to release all four points without searching under bedding. Never leave a restrained person alone, even briefly. Never sleep in the system, use it as punishment, surprise someone, combine it with intoxication, or assume a previous yes applies to a new position.
Fit should limit movement—not blood flow
Place cuffs over intact skin with enough room for two fingertips. Keep buckles and D-rings away from the inner wrist, ankle bones and pressure points. Check warmth, colour, sensation and capillary return frequently. Loosen or remove immediately for tingling, numbness, coldness, swelling, pale or blue colour, sharp pain, weakness or anxiety.
Never attach any strap to the neck, head, abdomen or chest. Do not suspend, lift, drag, bear body weight or route straps where a mattress, adjustable bed mechanism or partner can trap them. Avoid users with impaired circulation, reduced sensation, joint instability, recent injury or any condition that makes self-reporting unreliable unless qualified medical advice specifically addresses the situation.
Installation without hidden tension
- Inspect mattress and frame for sharp edges, moving mechanisms, heat sources and pinch points.
- Lay the central webbing flat beneath a stationary mattress with no twist or knot.
- Bring each limb strap to an edge where its buckle remains visible and reachable.
- Connect empty cuffs, apply gentle hand tension and verify nothing slips or damages the mattress.
- Release everything, discuss the final position, and only then begin again with one cuff at a time.
Blindfold and tickler are separate decisions
Removing sight increases dependence and can intensify anxiety. Ask for separate consent before adding the blindfold, and ensure it does not cover the nose or tighten when the wearer moves. The feather accessory should avoid eyes, mouth, broken skin and anyone with relevant allergies. Either accessory must be removed immediately on request.
Cleaning and storage
Wipe webbing and hardware according to supplier-confirmed care instructions; clean plush surfaces with a mild compatible method and dry completely before storage. Do not soak metal fittings, machine wash, bleach, heat-dry or apply disinfectants until material compatibility is known. Inspect stitching, webbing abrasion, burrs, cracked buckles and loose D-rings before every session.

FAQ
Can the wearer release themselves?
Self-release is not guaranteed. A fully attentive supervising adult with tested buckle access is mandatory, and backup cutting tools should be ready.
Will it fit every mattress?
No universal-fit claim is confirmed. Mattress dimensions, depth, weight and bed mechanisms all affect routing; measure after final strap lengths are verified.
Are the cuffs safe if they feel soft?
Soft lining can still compress nerves and circulation. Frequent physical checks and immediate release matter more than plushness.
What is included?
The planned concept shows central webbing, four cuffs, a blindfold and feather tickler. Final count, pouch, clips and printed instructions require supplier and sample confirmation.
