Discreet packaging

Orders are sent in plain outer packaging without explicit product names or adult-themed branding. The carrier label contains only the information required for delivery and customs processing.

Processing and delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking is supplied when available. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed at checkout, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Customs, VAT and import charges

Because goods are shipped from China, they may undergo customs processing. VAT or import charges collected by ToyNero will be shown at checkout. If a destination requires charges that are not collected at checkout, the carrier or customs authority may request payment from the recipient before delivery. We will not describe a shipment as duties-paid unless this is expressly shown during checkout.

Tracking and delays

Tracking updates can pause while a parcel is in international transit or customs. If an order is late, contact us at leihanbokiss@gmail.com with the order number. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, the customer retains all mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

Delivery responsibility

ToyNero remains responsible for the goods until they are physically received by the customer or a person nominated by the customer, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete delivery address and contact number. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
