Who operates ToyNero?

ToyNero is operated by Hanbo Lei, a sole trader established in Portugal, NIF 302048766.

Where do products ship from?

Products are dispatched from fulfilment partners in China. Standard international delivery is normally estimated at 7-20 business days. The carrier is selected according to the destination, product and fulfilment availability, and customs may cause delays.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders use plain outer packaging without explicit product names or adult-themed branding. Required carrier and customs information may appear on the label.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is supplied where supported. International tracking can pause while a parcel is between networks or in customs.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact toynerocom@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to stop an order that has not entered fulfilment, but dispatch can begin quickly. Statutory withdrawal rights remain available where applicable.

Can intimate products be returned?

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after the seal has been broken. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain covered by legal rights.

What if an item is damaged or wrong?

Email the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Do not dispose of the item until we advise you.

Are prices inclusive of tax?

The checkout states the price, delivery charge and tax collected by ToyNero. Goods shipping from China may be subject to customs processing and charges not collected at checkout.

How do I choose and care for a product?
